The Karma system affects what powers become available, the reaction of the city populace towards Cole, and the story of the game. Cole owns electricity-based superpowers which are used in the fight and map-read the city. Entering the game, the player controls the main character named Delsin Rowe to fight the DUP Unified Protection Ministry.
